Do you offer remote or hybrid work options?

We mainly work out of our Shoreditch based office, with typically 1 day a week WFH. However, we operate a flexible working policy meaning if you need some more flexibility for your specific circumstances and needs, let us know and we can work out an arrangement that works for you.

What’s the interview process like?

The interview process at Polaron differs slightly depending on the role you’re applying for, but all of our roles follow a similar 3 step process. 1. Initial Video Call (20 mins): Discuss your experience and interest in the role with a member of the team. 2. Offline task or coding exercise: a short task to be completed offline and returned to us within a specified timeframe or a collaborative coding session via video call for Engineering roles. 3. Final in person interview or trial day: if you are one of our top candidates, we will progress to a 1 hr interview in our office or paid trial day for Engineering roles.
